Chocolate Sauce
6 oz
(170 g) of plain chocolate
6 fl
oz (170 ml) of water
4 oz
(115 g) of caster sugar
2 oz
(55 g) of butter
1 tsp
of vanilla extract
Method
Break
the chocolate into small pieces and cut the butter into small pieces also.
Place
all of the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat over a low heat,
stirring continuously.
Once all the
